Hi, I'm Eden.I'm the founder of Arrows Insurance Group, a licensed Florida health insurance agent, and an entrepreneur who believes no one should have to navigate health insurance alone.Long before I entered the insurance industry, I spent years working in restaurants. It was there that I first noticed something that would eventually shape my career. Hardworking people were doing their best every day, but when it came to health insurance, life insurance, or planning for the unexpected, there was rarely anyone they could turn to for guidance.Most people weren't avoiding those conversations because they didn't care. They were busy, overwhelmed, overworked and simply didn't know where to start.Years later, after building businesses of my own and working alongside other entrepreneurs, I realized the same need still existed.Different industry.Same story.Business owners, families, and individuals were all asking the same questions:"What do I actually need?""How does this work?""Who can I trust?"That's why I founded Arrows Insurance Group.Not to sell insurance, but to become the person people could call when they needed someone in their corner.I believe health insurance shouldn't feel like a foreign language, and I don't believe anyone should have to figure it out by themselves. My role is to simplify the complicated, answer the questions people are often afraid to ask, and help clients make informed decisions they feel good about.My faith shapes the way I lead this business. It calls me to serve others with honesty, compassion, and integrity, and those values guide every interaction we have. Every client deserves to feel respected, heard, and cared for, regardless of where they come from or what brought them to us.Today, Arrows Insurance Group is growing into a team that shares those same values and that same mission: helping people navigate life's big decisions with clarity, confidence, and genuine support, working alongside agents I trust and respect while serving our clients well.Because at the end of the day, insurance isn't really about policies.It's about protecting people.And everyone deserves someone they can turn to.I'm not trying to become the biggest. Hi, I’m Ashley!After three years in commercial insurance, I was ready for a change - one that gave me more room for the things that matter most. Making the move into life and health insurance gave me the opportunity to build a career where I can prioritize my family, my health, and give my clients a more personal experience.I know how overwhelming insurance can feel when you’re looking at the cost, trying to understand your options, and wondering if there’s actually someone who can help. That’s why I especially love working with young families, self-employed individuals, and people who may have assumed health insurance simply isn’t affordable for them.When I work with someone, I want them to feel like I’m on their side. I’m here to listen to your concerns, explain what you’re actually paying for, answer the questions you have, and help you understand your options without ever making you feel pressured into a decision.Outside of insurance, I’m usually with my husband and toddler son — boating, riding out on the prairie, camping at Florida’s natural springs, flying kites, hitting the pump track, or doing arts and crafts at home. We also have a husky and a lab, and I’m a huge animal lover… all animals. I’ve even had several snakes as pets because apparently I have a soft spot for the ones everyone else is scared of. 😅Insurance may be what I do, but being someone who makes you feel heard and understood—and someone you can trust to have in your corner—is the kind of agent I intend to stay.
